Elaine Dark Band

For the past 13 years, The Elaine Dark Band has been impressing Toronto clubs

with their lively mix of R&B, pop, blues and funk.

The group was initially assembled to host a weekly jam in a downtown club -

in fact several members actually met at their first gig!

(talk about a fresh approach...)
Since those days the group has coalesced both musically and personally -

bringing an infectious humour and tightness to their interactions,

both on-stage and off. Venues for the band have included lengthy stints

as the house band for the Rose Cafe, and Tango/ Crews,

as well as performances at a number of other clubs around Toronto,

including Slack's, Big Mamma's Boy, and the Gladstone.
